Chemicals are everywhere!

Today's food list:  3/4 cup organic granola, about 30 grapes, chipotle chicken burrito bowl, 2 rice cakes, 8 small pretzel nuggets, chicken packet (chicken salad mixture in a crescent roll dough, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup baked mashed potatoes

I bought groceries yesterday at Wegmans and spent a bunch of time reading labels.  There are lots of things that I've always thought to be healthy (Wheat Thins, anyone?), tortillas, etc. that are just a bunch of chemicals.  Exactly what is Xanthum Gum anyway?

  1. i switched from wheat thins to triscuits about 4 years ago. I have come to really like them, and just the other day I checked ingredients, and I think there are only 3... wheat, salt and something. I think they might be a good choice for you to try!
