Michael Pollan's second big rule is "not too much" as in eat food, but not too much. In other words, eat when you are hungry and stop when you aren't hungry any more, as opposed to "full". This isn't new to me. As I mentioned before, I lost 45 lbs eating whatever I wanted (and I mean whatever - chips, cheesecake, etc.) I am really trying to do that now. And I naturally eat slow since my gastric bypass, I really don't have a choice, I will pay for it if I eat too quickly.
So far I have lost about 6 lbs.
