Short and Sweet

Today's food list:  1 piece cinnamon whole wheat toast, fish sandwich, about 25 grapes, 2 Bible Bread crackers, turkey sandwich with veggies on whole wheat oat bread, about 3 slices zucchini bread (certainly didn't need that much!)

I'm tired, so off to bed without commentary!


  1. Hi Laurie! I found you! As I read through a few of your posts I realized that this is the book I have requested from the library. Can't wait to read it! I am starting slowly...... You are inspiring me to do this. 4 days without a Diet Coke :(
